Apple is set to introduce a new Passwords app at the upcoming WWDC, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. This app will manage passwords across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, and Windows devices, serving as a competitor to LastPass and 1Password. It will offer features like account categories, passkeys, Wi-Fi networks, device syncing, autofill, password generation, and importing from other platforms. Additionally, it will support authentication codes similar to Google Authenticator.
