The iPhone 16 series is expected to launch on September 10. Apple plans to produce 90.1 million units, slightly more than last year. The focus will be on the Pro Max model, with 37% of production (33.2 million units), up from 24.2 million iPhone 15 Pro Max units last year. The regular 16 Pro will also see an increase, with 26.6 million units planned. Non-Pro models will make up 33% of production, with the standard iPhone 16 rising to 24.5 million units, while the iPhone 16 Plus will drop to 5.8 million units. This shift reflects declining demand for the Plus model and increased revenue focus on the Pro models.
