Apple’s CFO will step down

Apple’s CFO, Luca Maestri, will step down at the start of 2024 but will remain at the company to lead its corporate services team. Maestri, who joined Apple in 2013 and became CFO a year later, oversaw the company’s revenue growth from $183 billion to $383 billion. He also managed Apple’s significant share repurchase programs. Kevan Parekh, Apple’s VP of financial planning and analysis, will replace him as CFO. The company is also restructuring its App Store division, with VP Matt Fischer stepping down after over a decade.
