Google is deactivating AdSense accounts for Russian YouTubers, bloggers, and publishers, preventing them from monetizing their content. Earnings from July will be paid in August, and any remaining balance will be paid within 60 days. This decision significantly impacts Russian creators, as AdSense is a key income source. Google cited ongoing developments in Russia and the inability to make payments to these accounts as the reason for the deactivation, effective August 2024.
