Google Wallet’s new “Everything else” pass feature, first announced in May, is now available to all U.S. users. This upgrade allows users to create digital passes from any text-based document, not just those with QR or barcodes. The AI-driven feature identifies the type of pass and stores key details securely, even recognizing sensitive information like health or ID details. Users can now add various passes, such as car insurance or gym memberships, to their Google Wallet by photographing the card and following prompts in the app.
