Google Maps for Wear OS is rolling out offline support, as announced with the Pixel Watch 3. The app now automatically downloads offline maps from your phone to your watch. You can manage these maps, including deleting them if needed. The maps sync automatically when your watch is on Wi-Fi and charging. When offline, a slashed cloud icon appears next to the time. The update also includes a new “Search & go” Tile with shortcuts to Home and Work, along with voice input and quick access to the map view. This feature is available with Google Maps version 11.140.0701.W.
