Google is set to launch the Pixel 9 series and Pixel Watch 3 at its August 13 event. The Pixel Watch 3 will feature the same Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 5100 chipset and 2GB RAM as its predecessor, but with a notable upgrade to a 60Hz display for smoother performance. This display adjusts between 1Hz and 60Hz to balance power use. Battery life concerns persist, with only a slight increase in battery capacity for the regular model (307mAh) and a larger 425mAh battery for the Pixel Watch 3 XL. Despite these specs, Google still promises 24 hours of battery life for both models.
