Android 15 has brought updates to the Android Automotive platform, improving audio experiences, adding a customizable quick access dock, and enhancing connectivity. New features include the ability to connect Bluetooth accessories like headsets, an “Audio Output Device” option for routing media, and improved support for HD and DAB radio systems. Other updates include a standard screen lock access, Ambient View screensaver, and better handling of multi-camera setups. It’s unclear how quickly these updates will be rolled out to existing vehicles.
