Apple has raised the price for battery replacements on the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max to $119, a $20 increase from previous models. The prices for standard and “Plus” models, as well as older iPhones, remain unchanged for now. This follows a trend, as Apple increased battery replacement fees for the iPhone 14 by $30 in 2022, with other devices like iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches seeing similar hikes. Battery replacements are still free under AppleCare Plus if the battery capacity is below 80%, but other options include third-party repairs or DIY with official Apple parts.
