In 2024, Apple regained its top spot in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) for personal computers with a score of 85/100, surpassing Samsung, which tied with Apple last year. HP secured second place with a score of 84, while Samsung dropped to third with 82. ACSI’s report, based on 13,000+ respondents, also highlighted that desktops slightly outperformed laptops and tablets in customer satisfaction for 2024.
