HTC has unveiled the Vive Focus Vision, a $999 VR headset available for preorder until October 17th. It builds on the Vive Focus 3 with features like color passthrough, improved PC tethering via USB-C, and foveated rendering for better performance in gaming. The headset offers 2448 x 2448 per-eye resolution, a 120-degree field of view, and a Snapdragon XR2 chip. It has 128GB of storage, 12GB RAM, and supports DisplayPort tethering for a 120Hz refresh rate. Preorders include a free USB-C cable, adapters, and game bundles.
