YouTube’s missing hits will return after deal with SESAC

YouTube has reached a new agreement with music licensing organization SESAC, bringing back hit songs from artists like Adele and Nirvana that were recently removed due to an expired contract.

SESAC criticized YouTube for removing the tracks before the agreement ended on October 1st. YouTube confirmed that the affected content will be restored soon, but the terms of the new deal were not disclosed.
