Microsoft has introduced a new way to share files between iPhones and Windows 10/11 PCs via the Link to Windows app. The feature allows two-way sharing: PC users can right-click files to share via “My Phone,” while iPhone users can select “Link to Windows” from their share menu.
Currently available for Windows Insider members, the feature requires the Link to Windows app (version 1.24112.73 or newer) and an updated Phone Link app on PC (version 1.24112.89.0 or newer). This simplifies cross-platform sharing and adds to features like texting, calling and contact viewing on PCs. A wider rollout is expected soon.
