Galaxy S25 Ultra variants will have performance boost

Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S25 series in January, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset across all models. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will come in three variants: 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB, offering more RAM in the higher models compared to the S24 Ultra. However, the base model remains unchanged with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The increased RAM aligns the S25 Ultra’s top models with competitors like the Google Pixel 9 Pro and OnePlus 12. While Samsung hasn’t disclosed specific uses, the extra memory may support advanced AI features, similar to how Pixel phones allocate RAM for AI tasks.
