First luxury gold smartring will set you back $1,800

Indian startup Ultrahuman has unveiled the “Ultrahuman Rare” at CES 2025, the world’s first luxury smart rings made from 18K gold and 95% platinum. Part of the “Desert Collection,” the rings — Desert Rose, Dune and Desert Snow — combine high-tech health tracking with premium materials. Features include sleep, stress, HR, HRV and skin temperature monitoring, a 6-day battery life and 100m water resistance.

Priced at £1,500–£1,800 ($1,873–$2,247), the rings target both the luxury and wedding jewelry markets, positioning themselves as sophisticated accessories. Available initially in London and Paris, they will soon launch in New York, Milan, Dubai and India.
