Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 Ultra on January 22, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset globally. Key specs include a 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display with 2,600-nit peak brightness and HDR10+ support.
The phone comes in three configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB and 16GB RAM with 1TB. It supports 45W wired charging and upgraded 25W wireless charging.
At 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and 219g, it is slightly taller, narrower, thinner and lighter than its predecessor while retaining its top brightness. Notable upgrades include more RAM in higher models and faster wireless charging.
