Apple plans to invest over $500 billion in the US over the next four years, including hiring 20,000 employees and opening a new server factory in Texas. The investment, partly aimed at mitigating trade tariffs, includes doubling its Advanced Manufacturing Fund to $10 billion and ordering chips from TSMC’s Arizona factory. Apple will also launch a Manufacturing Academy in Detroit to support AI and smart manufacturing. CEO Tim Cook emphasized the company’s commitment to American innovation and expanding domestic manufacturing efforts.
