Google I/O 2025 is set for May 20 at 10 AM PT at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. The event will kick off with keynotes, followed by workshops, demos and networking sessions over two days. Registration is open now.
As usual, Google teased the date through a puzzle game, Prism Shift, continuing its tradition. While past I/O events have featured Pixel A-series announcements, leaks suggest the Pixel 9a will launch in mid-March instead. Expect updates on Android 16 and other products, with CEO Sundar Pichai leading the keynote. The event will be livestreamed for those who can’t attend in person.
