The Pixel 9a delivers the premium Google experience at a mid-range price. With the same $499 starting price as its predecessors, it offers a 6.3-inch 120Hz display, Tensor G4 chip, 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The 5,100mAh battery is the biggest ever in a Pixel, promising up to 30 hours of use.
The revamped camera system includes a 48MP main sensor, 13MP ultrawide and AI-powered features like Magic Editor, Macro Focus and Night Sight. Video capabilities include 4K recording and Audio Magic Eraser.
With IP68 durability, Android 15 and seven years of updates, the Pixel 9a is a strong mid-range contender. Pre-orders are delayed, but sales begin in April.
