At MWC, Infinix showcased a solar-powered phone and a solar charging case, both in concept phase but functional. Using perovskite solar cells and Maximum Power Point Tracking, the tech can charge up to 2W, extending battery life when idle. The solar case is particularly interesting, allowing users to swap between solar and standard cases as needed.
Infinix also revealed a second-gen color-changing E Ink phone. Unlike its predecessor, it runs on internal battery power and offers customizable color patterns, even adapting to weather changes via AI-powered adjustments.
