The agency claims ATT makes tracking harder for third-party apps while favoring Apple’s own services, harming smaller publishers. Apple defends ATT as a privacy tool, but critics argue it has hurt ad revenue. The fine doesn’t require Apple to change ATT, but it must display the decision on its website for seven days.
