Instagram fixed a battery drain issue on Android

Google says recent battery drain issues on Pixel phones were likely caused by Instagram. The problem has been fixed in Instagram version 382.0.0.49.84, now available on Google Play. The issue appeared to affect all Pixel models with the May update, though it’s unclear if other Android devices were impacted.
