Apple could remove AirDrop from EU iPhones

Apple’s legal battle with the EU over the Digital Markets Act could lead to major feature removals in the region, including AirDrop. Apple has appealed the ruling and warns it may withhold or remove features from EU iPhones if forced to comply, potentially impacting AirDrop, Apple Watch and AirPods functionality in the region.
