Google Wallet will end support for linked PayPal accounts in the U.S. starting June 13, 2025. After this date, users will no longer be able to use PayPal as a payment method through Google Wallet, and existing links will be automatically removed. New PayPal link signups were already halted in April. This change does not affect users who added a PayPal Debit Mastercard or users in Germany, where the integration continues. Google advises U.S. users to update recurring payments and explore other supported payment methods. No official reason has been given for the U.S.-only change.
