Alphabet reports Q2 2025 revenue of $96.4 billion

Alphabet reported strong Q2 2025 earnings with $96.42 billion in revenue, up 14% from last year. Net income rose to $28.19 billion, driven by growth in AI, Search, YouTube and Cloud. YouTube ad revenue hit $9.79 billion, and Cloud reached $13.62 billion, now on a $50 billion annual run rate. Google’s subscriptions and devices segment earned $11.2 billion. Despite growth, the “Other Bets” unit lost $1.24 billion. CEO Sundar Pichai highlighted AI’s role across the business and announced $85 billion in capital expenditures for 2025.
