Google is expanding AI Mode in Search to 180 more countries (English only, EU excluded) and adding new agentic features. Starting today, users in the US can have AI find restaurant reservations across platforms like OpenTable and Resy, with support for service appointments and event tickets coming soon.
AI Mode also now personalizes dining results based on past searches and includes a new Share button so users can collaborate on plans. The upgrades are available through Search Labs for Google AI Ultra subscribers in the US.
