Garmin adds smarter health tracking and flashlight to its latest model

Garmin has announced the Venu 4, a premium health-focused smartwatch launching September 22. It offers up to 12 days of battery life, deeper health tracking (heart rate, HRV, respiration, skin temperature, Pulse Ox), lifestyle logging and improved sleep tools like circadian rhythm alignment.

New features include Garmin Fitness Coach with adaptive daily workouts, a built-in LED flashlight, and accessibility options like spoken watch faces and color filters. Available in 41mm and 45mm sizes with metal cases in Slate, Silver or Lunar Gold, the Venu 4 starts at $549.99.
