Chinese filings reveal all iPhone 17 models will have larger batteries. The iPhone 17 Pro jumps 18.7% to 4252 mAh, possibly adding 4 extra hours of use, while the 17 Pro Max breaks the 5000 mAh barrier at 5088 mAh, making it Apple’s longest-lasting phone yet. The base iPhone 17 only grows 4% to 3692 mAh, and the thin 17 Air has the smallest at 3149 mAh. Efficiency gains from the new A19 chips should further improve battery life.
