Apple has reportedly shelved its cheaper Vision Pro to focus on developing smart glasses to compete with Meta. The company is working on two models: the N50 glasses, pairing with iPhone and set for 2027 and display-powered AI glasses targeted for 2028. Meanwhile, an M5 Vision Pro is expected in 2025, with a second-gen version in 2028. Apple’s glasses are said to lean heavily on AI, voice controls, and health features.
