Elon Musk has reached an undisclosed settlement with four former Twitter executives — Parag Agrawal, Ned Segal, Vijaya Gadde, and Sean Edgett — who sued him for over $128 million in unpaid severance after their 2022 firings.
The agreement, filed in a California court, depends on certain conditions yet to be met, with the case set to resume on October 31 if obligations aren’t fulfilled.
The lawsuit alleged Musk closed the $44 billion Twitter deal early to avoid paying about $200 million in stock options. It follows earlier settlements with thousands of ex-Twitter employees laid off without proper notice.
