OnePlus 15 officially launched

OnePlus has officially launched the OnePlus 15 in China, ending weeks of teasers. The phone features flat edges, a redesigned camera bump, and a remappable shortcut key replacing the traditional alert slider. It’s also the company’s most durable flagship yet, with IP69/IP69K ratings.

Inside, the device packs a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, 7,300mAh battery, 120W wired and 50W wireless charging, plus “Glacier VC” cooling. The 6.78-inch 165Hz OLED display drops to 1.5K resolution for smoother performance.

Camera-wise, it offers a 50MP main, 50MP 3.5x periscope, 50MP ultrawide and 32MP selfie shooter, now powered by OPPO’s Lumo imaging engine instead of Hasselblad tuning.

Other highlights include ColorOS 16, Wi-Fi 7, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IR blaster and USB 3.2 Gen 1. Priced from ¥3,999 (~$562), the phone comes in Sand Dune, Misty Purple, and Absolute Black. A global launch is rumored for November 13.
