Samsung may be preparing to add satellite-based location sharing to its Samsung Find app, similar to Google’s Find Hub. A new “Satellite mode” spotted in version 1.8.00.16 would let Galaxy devices share their location every 15 minutes without mobile coverage. If updates fail, users could still send a one-time manual position. This expansion would make Samsung Find much more useful in remote areas.
