JerryRigEverything has released a teardown of the standard iPhone 17, along with Apple’s official repair part prices. The phone opens easily by removing two $0.18 screws and heating the back glass. Apple charges $159 for a back-glass replacement, $99 for a new battery ($51 with trade-in) and $329 for a screen. Other parts include $199 for the Face ID/front camera module, $169 for the rear cameras, and about $67 each for the earpiece/5G antenna and Taptic Engine.
