Google launched Gemini 3 Pro and its Nano Banana Pro variant with limited free access — originally five daily prompts for Gemini 3 Pro and three image uses for Nano Banana Pro. But Google has recently changed the rules, now describing free access only as “Basic access” without clear limits. While the company is clearly pushing users toward paid AI Pro and AI Ultra plans, it’s still allowing some free use of its newest models, even as demand rapidly grows.
