Apple has released iOS 26.1, adding a new transparency toggle for its Liquid Glass design. The feature lets users choose between a clear or frosted look to improve readability across apps and notifications. The update also brings Live Translation with AirPods for more languages, new Apple Music gestures and AutoMix over AirPlay, USB mic gain control, manual workout logging, a Camera swipe toggle, and improved FaceTime audio. Similar updates are now available for iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS and tvOS 26.1.
