Google Photos is getting a major AI upgrade. The update expands Ask Photos to over 100 new countries and adds 17 new languages, while iPhone users gain the “Help me edit” tool. New features include the Nano Banana image generator, AI-powered editing templates like “high fashion photoshoot,” and soon, personalized templates that tailor edits to your hobbies. A new Ask button will let users query photo content or request edits, and enhanced face recognition will enable smarter, more accurate edits like removing sunglasses.
