Mobi CEO withheld $1 million in wages and fled to Brazil

Hawaii-based carrier Mobi, once considered reliable, has collapsed amid serious internal turmoil. A lawsuit alleges the CEO withheld $1 million in wages and illegally fired key executives, and he has reportedly fled to Brazil. Customers have since experienced major service outages, with some unable to access accounts needed to switch providers.

Mobi’s issues appear to stem from internal corruption rather than temporary setbacks. Anyone still on the network is urged to transfer to another carrier as soon as possible, while account access is still available.
