Apple has confirmed that Chase will replace Goldman Sachs as the issuer of Apple Card, with the transition expected to take place in about 24 months. During this period, Apple Card users can continue using their cards as usual, with no need to reapply. Mastercard will remain the network, the Wallet app will still manage accounts, and key benefits like no fees, Savings and Monthly Installments will continue. Apple says users don’t need to take any action for now and more details will be shared closer to the transition.
