Google is bringing its new Personal Intelligence memory system to AI Mode in Search, allowing search to use your own data alongside web results for more personalized answers. Powered by Gemini 3, it can reference relevant emails or photos (with permission) to help with things like travel planning or shopping, without training on your private data. The opt-in feature is currently rolling out in Labs for Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the US and may show some early bugs as it continues to improve.
