NexPhone´s smartphone runs Android, Linux and Windows 11

Nex Computer’s NexPhone aims to replace a traditional PC by turning a smartphone into a full desktop when connected to a monitor and peripherals. Beyond Android 16 and Android Desktop Mode, it uniquely supports Debian Linux and Windows 11, allowing users to switch operating systems depending on their needs.

The phone features a 6.58-inch 120Hz display, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage with microSD expansion and a 5,000mAh battery. However, it uses Qualcomm’s older QCM6490 chip, which may limit performance. Priced at $549 total, with shipping planned for Q3, the NexPhone targets users looking for an affordable all-in-one mobile and desktop computing solution.
