Sony has launched the LinkBuds Clip, open-ear earbuds that clip onto the outer ear instead of sitting in the ear canal. Designed for all-day use, they let users listen to music while still hearing their surroundings, using a lightweight C-shaped ear-cuff design.
The earbuds offer multiple listening modes, EQ controls, multipoint Bluetooth and AI-enhanced call quality via bone-conduction sensors. Battery life reaches up to 37 hours with the case, they’re IPX4-rated, and a quick charge provides about an hour of playback in three minutes. The LinkBuds Clip are available now for $229.99 in the US.
