Apple is reportedly scaling back plans for its rumored AI-powered Health+ service. After moving Health and Fitness under the Services group, Eddy Cue decided Apple isn’t competitive enough in the crowded wellness market to justify a standalone offering.
Instead, Apple will integrate developed features directly into the existing Health app. Personalized recommendations based on user data are expected to roll out this year, with an AI health chatbot arriving later to answer wellness-related questions.
