YouTube has finally launched an official app for the Apple Vision Pro, filling a major gap since the headset’s debut in February 2024.
The new visionOS app brings full YouTube functionality – including subscriptions, playlists, history and Shorts – along with support for 3D, 360-degree and VR180 videos in immersive environments. It also enables spatial viewing experiences and up to 8K playback on supported hardware.
The native YouTube app is now rolling out to Vision Pro users via the App Store.
