TCL showcased its next-generation NXTPAPER AMOLED display at Mobile World Congress 2026, aiming to combine its eye-comfort NXTPAPER approach with the color and contrast of AMOLED.
The new panel reduces blue light by 15% and uses circular polarization and nanomatrix anti-glare technology to improve comfort and outdoor visibility, while still delivering flagship specs like a 120Hz refresh rate, 100% P3 color coverage and up to 3,200 nits brightness.
Currently a prototype, NXTPAPER AMOLED is not being licensed to other brands, but TCL plans to launch its first smartphone featuring the technology later in 2026.
