A new Opensignal report has compared AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon across four metrics: overall experience, 5G experience, coverage, and consistency. T-Mobile emerged as the clear winner, topping nine out of 15 categories, including overall experience and consistency. Verizon excelled in 5G experience, winning categories like video, live video, games, and upload speed. AT&T lagged behind, often placing last but narrowly beating Verizon in coverage availability. The study highlighted that T-Mobile users spend 67.9% of their time on 5G, significantly higher than AT&T. Despite its lead shrinking, T-Mobile still has a dominant position, with notable improvements in download speeds.
