Smart rings are gaining popularity as a wearable alternative to smartwatches, offering discreet designs and multiday battery life. To find the best one, six rings were tested: Oura Ring, Ultrahuman Ring Air, Circular Slim, Samsung Galaxy Ring, RingConn and Evie Ring.
The Circular Slim was eliminated for poor accuracy and syncing issues, while the Evie Ring and RingConn lacked polish or standout features. The Samsung Galaxy Ring catered mainly to Samsung users, and the Ultrahuman Ring Air, though excellent for athletes, didn’t appeal to general users.
Ultimately, the Oura Ring emerged as the winner for its accuracy, polished app, and reliable health tracking.
