Samsung is now releasing the Wear OS 5-based One UI 6 Watch update to the Galaxy Watch 5 series, Galaxy Watch FE and potentially the Galaxy Watch 4 series. Initially available only to beta users, the stable update is now rolling out widely in Europe, Asia and South America, with North America expected to follow soon.
Key updates include:
- Redesigned Quick Panel and refreshed notification cards.
- Enhanced Samsung Health features, including Energy Score.
- Touch-sensitive Always On Display and new font.
- New gestures: a double-pinch action and hands-free navigation.
The update is around 1.8GB in size, so downloading over Wi-Fi is recommended. Galaxy Watch 4 owners should expect the rollout shortly, as beta users already have access.
