Language support has expanded, adding 11 new languages (e.g., Gujarati, Swahili, Urdu) and enabling Gemini Live AI conversations in 21 additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Swedish, Tamil). Gemini now supports over 40 languages as of December 2024.
