eBay sellers are taking advantage by listing phones with TikTok pre-installed for exorbitant prices. While these extreme listings are unlikely to sell, other units have reportedly been purchased for undisclosed amounts.
Android users can sideload the TikTok APK, but iOS users lack similar options, making iPhones with TikTok installed more valuable in this market. Sellers are advised to sign out of their accounts, clear personal data and list their devices on eBay.
