iPhone users in the EU can now access third-party app stores, thanks to Apple’s compliance with the Digital Markets Act. AltStore PAL was the first to launch and now it has introduced the first Apple-reviewed adult content app, Hot Tub. Under Apple’s Notarization process, the app meets security and privacy standards but isn’t subject to the company’s usual content restrictions. Hot Tub offers a secure way to access sites like Pornhub and XHamster. To mark the milestone, AltStore is donating its February Patreon earnings to LGBTQ+ and sex worker support groups.
